In today’s fast-paced world, Dhruv chose to slow down and revive the age-old tradition of stone-grinding flour at just 45 revolutions per minute, laying the foundation of Auric Mills. Every grain we use is free from synthetic chemicals, and traceable from farm to fork. Guided by the belief that healthy families begin with mindful food choices, we thoughtfully craft innovative flours that enhance nutrition through approaches such as grain activation and precision sprouting.
Our founder, Dhruv is a Harvard MBA candidate. With the support of his family, he brings together his global food systems experience across Asia and Africa with a multigenerational grain legacy dating back to 1935. What began in our family kitchen in Jaipur has grown into a heartfelt promise - to bring back the purity, freshness, and goodness of real food.
